* Chart out a well-nourished balanced diet.
* Keeps the body light and supple and the mind calm.
* Resists ailments.

5. Positive Thinking & Meditation

* Removes negative thoughts. Stills the mind.
* You attain super-consciousness. A state beyond time, space and causation
