Method:
* Sit on the floor crosslegged, or upright on a chair with feet on the ground , or in any meditation posture
* Place writs on knees, palms up.Hold index fingertips against thumbs, just above the line halfway
* Exhale completly with the same force
* Each inhalation and exhalation is one cycle
* Repeate 21 times
What it does: It strengthens the mind and nervous system.

Method:
* Sit as in previous case
* Place left wrist on the left knee, palm up.Hold index fingertip against thumb, just above the line halfway
* Exhale all air in the lungs
* Close right nostrill with right thumb and take a deep slow breath through left nostril
* Closing left nostril with ring and little fingures, exhale slowly and completly through the right nostril
* Then inhale slowly and deeply through the right nostril
* Close right nostril with thumb and exhale slowly and completely through left nostril
* This is one cycle
* Repeat 21 times
What it does: This rectfies imbalances in the body.It improves blood circulation and concentration.it leads to all-round health.

Method:
* Sit as in previous case
* Exhale all air in the lungs
* Close eyes with middle and ring fingers, with little fingers beside the nostrils and index fingers on the forehead just above the eyebrows
* Inhale slowly and deeply
* Slowly exhale completely with a continous humming sound( like that of a bee)
* This is one cycle
* Repeate 21 times
What it does: It cures anxiety , depression and reduces high BP.
